    If you are an Okta customer and wish to deactivate users, we’ve made it easy for you. Please click here for instructions on how to deactivate users. If you are an Okta user, please contact your organization’s Okta admin to perform this action.

     

    If you are referring to your Okta Community (Help Center) account, please confirm with a reply to this comment and we will proceed with deactivation.

    i am trying to delete my dev account dev-03469633 but the two main admins of this account are not allowed to Open A Case.

     

    the stated reason is: "It looks like you are authenticated as a 'Community Only User'. Please logout and login using your Okta Administrator credentials to access this page" - but we are using the accounts that are listed as Super Admins within our admin page

     

    could you advise how can we close the old account?
