Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to remove MFA requirements for a single user so that they can use O365 without logging into Okta. Please let me know if there are any steps I can follow in order to do this, thank you.

If you Office domain is federated with Okta, the only way to bypass the federation is with Basic Authentication, which is not secure and we do not recommend that.
If you want your user to not have an MFA for Office you need to exclude the user for the current rule, or create a separate rule for the specific user.
