Does anyone know what version of TF Okta provider is absolutely *required* to work with OIE upgrade?
We are preparing for OIE upgrade and the checklist simply states "update to latest version of Terraform" . But does anyone know what the absolute minimum version that is required for TF to work with OIE(if a minimum exists)?

This doesn't answer the question and simply restates what I already know and stated in my question.
I'm aware that they suggest updating to the latest, but they don't say if there is a *minimum* version of the Okta TF provider needed to work with OIE. That is what I am asking.
