Okta Re-authenticate Issue.

We have been experiencing an issue where some of our users are prompted to re-authenticate with OKTA every morning when they start their work. This issue appears to be in conflict with our configuration, which is set to obtain a new access token every 5 minutes and have a refresh token with a 30-day expiry.

 

We have conducted a series of internal investigations, including verifying our OKTA configuration settings, reviewing our Angular app's token handling logic, and examining the user experience. Despite our efforts, the issue persists, and we are seeking your expertise to help us identify and resolve the root cause.

 

- The issue does not affect all users, only a subset.

- We have not observed any token revocation events or user logout activities that could explain the re-authentication prompt.

    Can you have a look on the policies set for application as well as the sign on policy.

    @Mir as Jijo told we need you global and application policy screenshot. does the affect user restart machine or browser before they are working for affect users? others users many sleep the computer then wake it up next morning.
