Please delete the trial account created by mistake

Hi, by mistake I have created a Trial account using the same email address that belongs to my normal organization.

Please delete my Trial account which I have created by mistake and please remove my email address from that trial account and dissociate all verification methods such as SMS, Voice Call, Google Authenticator etc.

If you are the admin, you can open a new support case by selecting Get Support on this page. This will allow us to confirm your email and remove the correct Okta org from your account.     I have created a free trial account by myself using an email of my organization.

    But once I hit a "Get support" button in the bottom right corner of the screen I can see the "Open a case" option. Having clicked on this takes me to a page with a message:

    It looks like you are authenticated as a 'Community Only User'. Please logout and login using your Okta Administrator credentials to access this page

    I was not added by anyone to this account since it was created by myself.

     

    Could you please help to delete the account?
