How to change my Okta settings from voice call notifications to text notifications?

The MFA used can be changes from the drop-down menu when you are presented with the MFA. Please see attacked screenshot where you can find the drop-down menu button:
Please note that if this button does not show up or the option you desire are not there, that mean your Okta administrator might have removed them. In this case we recommend to reach out to your internal IT Department/Helpdesk for additional assistance.
