Need help creating an OIDC-based SSO application with provisioning
We want to create an OIDC-based SSO application to enable users to log in to our application via Okta IDC and sync users through provisioning.
We found similar applications, such as ArmorCode, but we need help creating a similar application.
The portal shows no option to add provisioning in an OIDC application. We also could not find any template in the catalog that met our needs.Need help creating an OIDC-based SSO application with provisioning

My advice would be to reach out devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products and features (non-developer work).
That being said, I've looked into things and this oder developer forum post still applies, minus the part about "emailing support@okta.com" as that address is no longer valid.
If a support case is needed, you can use this site to "get support" (bottom right corner button).
Also, it's my understanding that you can submit your app for OIN and work with our App Integration team to integrate the provisioning part as well.
