Hello, I've seen posts in 2021 and 2022 that say Workflows are restricted to Super Admin users but more granular RBAC are in the roadmap. As no one seems to have asked yet in 2023 is this now any available feature? We would like to give access to set up Workflows without giving them any access to the Okta Admin Centre.

This might not fully be what you want but you can look and see if Delegated Workflows would help you in some way. I use them to allow Help Desk staff to do certain things without having to grant them more elevated admin access. https://help.okta.com/wf/en-us/content/topics/workflows/learn/about-workflowsconsole.htm
I haven't found the FY24 Roadmap, perhaps they will release it next week at Oktane23, but here is a link to the FY23 road map and it still shows RBAC and version management neither of which have been released to my knowledge. https://support.okta.com/resource/Okta_Product_Roadmap_PDF_Q2_FY23
Thank you, that's what I expected, to be honest, unfortunately Delegated Workflows aren't a fit for what I need.
We have a user who is very good with other workflows, Power Automate etc. but not a member of the IT team so we want them to have free reign to learn the platform and set up flows for us between O365 and Salesforce, we don't however want him to have access where he could mess with application assignments, Okta security settings etc. directly in the Admin Centre.
I'll wait for RBAC in the coming years or have to bite the bullet and make them Admin for the sake of access.
