Hello,
We have some user experiencing the issue.
We have Salesforce UAT and Salesforce Production Application on okta homepage dashboard.
When a user launch an Application from the okta homepage dashboard whether its UAT/PROD then the New chrome tab Open with the same okta homepage dashboard instead of opening Salesforce UAT/PROD.
Please provide a solution on that

I have this documentation already and we didn't miss any steps here. I want to know why it is happening. Its not happening for all users. just some user have this issue.
