Not able to create a case

I am no able to create a case in the help center even after being logged in as Administrator. Can someone help ?

    In your Okta tenant you need to be granted any admin role and then you should have what you need to submit support case requests. Have one of your current organization admins who already has an Okta admin role grant you a role or submit a case on your behalf.

  • Thank you Matthew.. but Otka did not want to talk to me as we have no super admin and no way of getting the authorisation app on the phone. When I explain the issue the operator said I need to talk to a colleague and then I got cut off. This is not the first time they have done this but last time we found a workaround to our problem as it was not such an issue.
