The OKTA Verify window is not prompting to authenticate users, when users are accessing an OKTA SSO integrated website, e.g. ServiceNow portal. Manually clicking on the OKTA Verify apps in user's Windows computer to open it also does not help. Users have to do this few times, trial and error and after few attempts, the OKTA Verify finally becomes responsive and gets through to authenticate the users, and users can then access the website.
This happens only when users are connected to the office network, but does not happen when users are outside of office network, e.g. on wifi hotspot, home network connection.
Based on this observation, we are suspecting issue with the office network but relevant teams have checked to confirm no issue with the network connection/bandwidth/access rules.
The question is, what process/network connectivity flows are involved to trigger the OKTA Verify windows to be prompted and authenticate users?

Hi @qhys6 (qhys6) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
I'm not aware of any "Okta Verify for Windows" specific setting requirement for network configuration, but you could try reviewing the general requirements around Okta in case they somehow come into play here.
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!
