zl303 (zl303) asked a question.
There are two OIDC custom applications that were created, one by myself and the other by a customer.
In my application, everything works and in the logs we see:
- Evaluation of sign-on policy ALLOW
- OIDC authorization code sent
- ... (all the rest OIDC
In the customer's application, we only see:
- Evaluation of sign-on policy ALLOW
We tried to check network block lists and others, but nothing seems to recreate this issue.
We know that our application sends the authorization code, but why doesn't it get to the customer?

@zl303 (zl303) please take a screenshot of the network in chrome develope mode. is there any error message? it stop at which step?
Hi @a0n5s (a0n5s) ,
Thanks for the quick response.
I didn't see anything in the network (chrome developer mode).
I did have some progress and saw that I got E0000006 from OKTA when trying to retrieve the access token.
Do you happen to know what might cause this issue? I would like to reproduce it in a test environment
