Reestablish access to the portal

Gentlemen, I need some help.

 

I'm testing the okta environment and I lost access to the portal.

 

My company link is [REDACTED by moderators] and the username is [REDACTED by moderators].

 

When I try to connect, the system says login was not possible and I cannot reset my password.

 

When I start the "Forgot your password?"

I receive the following message in my email: At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link.

    Since you are no longer able to authenticate to your Okta tenant, we would suggest to reach out to another administrator from your organization to perform a password reset or any actions that would resolve the login issue. In case you are the only Super Admin, the best route to pursue would be to open a support case.
