In Okta System log, client OS displays information as Windows 10 only

For users who are using Windows 11 PCs, the client OS information of System Log is also displayed in Windwos 10.

Is there a way to get the client OS information to come out properly?

If you look at the URL below, it says it supports Windows 11.

  • Hi @Î≥ëÏǺÎغ.14384 (Customer) thanks for reaching out about this behavior. This is a known issue and a feature flag would need to be enabled in the backend to enable detection of Windows 11 separately from Windows 10. You can open a support case and make a request for this feature flag enabled. Thanks.
