Can anyone direct me to any resources that would be able to show how to use Okta as an External Identity Source for Cisco Identity Services Engine? I'm looking to use Okta with my customer's 802.1X campus NAC solution. Is this possible? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Based on this video Cisco Identity Services Engine does support External Identity Sources https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBm993LgbFc. Of the options in this video Okta supports LDAP, SAML, and Social Auth. Regarding the features within their application we recommend reviewing their documentation for what is officially supported.
