How to bypass SSO requirement to provide Elasticsearch to a particular page

We need to provide Elasticsearch access to pages secured with Okta SSO. We are trying to use AEM OAuth to bypass the SSO settings, but this is not working for the Secured with Okta SSO pages.

We are looking to see if there is Okta functionality that will allow API access to a configured Okta Application so that a 3rd party (in this case Elasticsearch) can authenticate through Okta and then access the protected pages.
