We are getting the following security risk warning for our Atlassian Application:

The active certificate is scoped to your whole org. For the security of your apps, Okta recommends switching to a certificate scoped to only this app. To do this, click "Generate new certificate". Then click "Actions" on the new certificate and follow the SAML Setup Instructions.

The guidance instructs following the SAML Setup Instructions. However, upon generating a new certificate, the only option visible under the "Actions" button is "Activate."

Are there any available documents that provide a detailed outline of the process and its essential steps? Furthermore, could taking incorrect actions potentially disrupt the functionality of Atlassian sign-on?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
