Okta Workday Integration 'Pre Hire" issues
Hello,
We have Workday integrated with Okta as a profile source and user provisioning. We are having an issue where users are put into Workday a week before the start date as "prehires", in Okta we have the pre start interval date set as 14 days. The issue that is happening is, users are getting confirmed and activated once the sync with Okta happens and Workday sends over the new hires starting at a later date. Is there something that needs to be changed so the users show as "staged" and not "active" until their actual start date?

So, Accounts have a staged status when they are first created, before the activation flow is initiated, or if there is a pending admin action.
