I was able to save the page when i select all Grant Types while integration Native Application using Oauth/OIDC Protocol .

I just checked with my Developer colleagues and confirmed that the Grant types are in no way exclusive for the web app.
It's expected for you to be able to select and save all.
As always, we recommend reaching out to devforum.okta.com with OIDC/Developer question to take advantage of their expertise.
