OKTA - SESSION ISSUE

Currently we are using OKTA preview version in our TEST and STAGE environment with the same SAML configurations. In TEST environment, the session gets okta expired in 2 hours but in STAGE environment the okta session gets expired after every 5mins and redirects to/SSO. How to resolve this issue?

    Hi Ranjith Kumar,

    Better way to resolve this issue is that you will have to look on the Global session policy, what values you have entered Under Session Management under Maximum Session lifetime.

    Steps to follow :-

    Go to Admin Console > Security > Global session policy > Click on the policy which you've configured for stage environment > Click edit rule > Do the desired changes.

    I am unable to find the Global session policy in the OKTA admin console.

    Do you know any other solutions?
