h89xn (h89xn) asked a question.

Bulk delete Applications

We have hundreds of inactive application integrations and I'd rather not have to delete them one-by-one. Is there a way to delete them in bulk? Via a .csv or similar?

Same question for active applications as well. We have plenty of those that could be pruned.

Thanks

Hi! Great question! I would recommend that you look here for some assistance if you like PowerShell:

    Okta-PSModule Documentation

And then there are always some creative means of doing this via Python and the API as well. Finally, there are some methods you can use via tools like Postman as well and Okta to get this accomplished.

Look at this article as an example:

How to Bulk Create Groups Using Postman

It would be something similar, just with a different API call. Take a look at all the Postman Collections here.

    I hope this helps! Thanks!
