Hi,
My organization has a requirement of integration OKTA with one of the web application. The application is built in dotnet framework 4, which is very old and outdated. What are the options we have for thew integration.

While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products and features (non-developer work).
In the meantime I've looked a bit into this and haven't found anything relevant for framework 4, there's only the base documentation:
