Hello Support/Forum,
We are using Okta for SSO for AWS/O365. One of our users reported the following issue:
Today, when I took my laptop outside of home, my OKTA login kept going in circles. I fixed it by clearing the cache. However, when I came back home, the same issue occurred again, and once more, I had to clear the cache.
This seems to be an ongoing issue for a couple of users. Could you please help why this is happening repeatedly in a single day and why clearing the cache is necessary?
We need to find a permanent solution to this problem. Can you please advise on the best way to resolve the issue or where to look for the logs? While we know how to fix the problem temporarily, we want to understand the root cause and resolve it permanently.
Your assistance and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Manish

Hello @12a0q (12a0q) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
There could be a number of issues that could trigger this problem. It depends where the loop is happening, if it happens when the user logs into Okta or into an application.
