Hello All,
in my OKTA Agent server, i could see thousands of user profile folders getting created and now having space issue in C Drive.
Is it a healthy behavior for Okta to create server profiles without actual server logins.
- How user profiles got created in okta agent server ,
- is every user login to okta will that user profiles creates in OKTA AD Agent
- How much minimum space will take for each user profile.
Please refer any Articles related to above topic.

Mahidhar

Hello @Mahidhar ReddyP.73898 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
I have never heard of this issue before. The AD agent does not create a user profile each time they login, the only thing that the AD agent records is when the user logged in, but that is done done though a profile but rather a log line in a txt file.
Could there be a script on your server that might do this?
Also, are you sure that the AD agent does this?

Please find more details below.
No Script is configured on agent.
I Could see agents having latest date on user profiles when they logged in and I could see each user profile has consuming less than 3MB space in the agent C Drive. Please find the attachement.
Is this a normal behavior.
