Accidentally unassigned App from Group App on Okta Admin

Hi team,

I accidentally unassigned an App in Application in a Group. I already assigned the App back to the Group.

Is there anything else I should do? Although I assigned the App back to the Group, some users still can not access the App.

    Hello @ftpf6 (ftpf6)​ Thank you for reacting out to our Community!

     

    It depends if the application has just SSO or if it also has Provisioning enabled.

    If the application has only SSO, you should check the username of the users that is unable to sign in and make sure that it has the proper value.

    If it has Provisioning enabled as well, you need to check the Task Tab from the admin dashboard as Provisioning errors might occur. Usually the error indicates what the problem is, if not you might want to further review the system log for additional details.
