Hi, I would like to ask if Okta can be used similar to a Password Manager or Vault like BitWarden etc? Thanks.

Hi! Unfortunately no, Okta does not have an equivalent password manager or password store feature. The only possible feature that comes close would be a SWA integration that would store the password for users of particular apps, but most definitely lacks the full functionality you seek in a dedicated password manager.
SWA App Integrations
Although the above comes close, it is not supported by all apps and from a security perspective, SAML or OIDC is a much preferred choice. What you are looking for probably falls more towards LastPass or KeePass (although there are many others, just an example.) Hope this helps!
