Okta MFA Credential Provider for Windows failing MFA with the following error message "Multi Factor Authentication Failed"
We are having an issue with Okta MFA Credential Provider for Windows used for Microsoft RDP. Right after the agent installation receiving the following error message "Multi Factor Authentication Failed". Firewall logs are not showing any denies from the host where the agent was installed at. This issue appears to be similar to posted at https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00008YhRcBCAV/multifactor-authentication-failed-rdp?language=en_US
I have a support case opened, but no luck with the resolution.
