Does Okta verified email logon in Tipalti application time out?
We have an email address that is used in the Tipalti financial application whereby an email is setup for invoicing purposes. The email address is an MS 365 account and requires sign in and MFA using Okta. Will this sign-in (within the application) timeout after a specific amount of time or will the sign-in remain valid indefinitely (excluding application shutdown, power outages,....etc) ?

Sign in timeout within an application will depend on the application itself, and the session will time out according to the session timeout settings of the application, it is not controlled by okta. But if your Okta session times out, this can also cause a time out with the application, and after a session expires, you will have to sign in again to use the application. Also okta can control the timeout using SLO
