I went to Security -> Authentication, and tried to create a password policy for everyone in my oidc app.
However, you have to select a group.
Is it possible to have a password policy for everyone assigned to an oidc app?
Or do I have to create a group, add every user from the app into that group, and then assign a password policy to that group?

If you want to create a specific password policy for the app , you have to create a group and then you have to assign the group in the policy.
