Hello. I would like to configure again my account in a new cellphone, nevertheless i am not able to do it, I have received an email in which I can read that "At this time my password can only be reset by an administrator" How can I achieve that?
About the password, I found only to contact support, image configuration I see is only global and I cannot find any information about reset issue.

In this case we recommend to reach out to your Okta administrator or internal HelpDesk to assist you with the password reset. From the email received it seems that the Okta policy does not allow self-service password reset, as such only an Okta admin can reset it.
