Mobile Native experience for login

Hi,

How can we keep the native experience with login and MFA while using mobile app without having the WebView window popping up within the APP?

Regards,

Venkat

  • Hi @VenkatE.62007 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!

I'm unsure if you are referring to a custom app or leveraging the Okta Mobile app, but on the Okta mobile app, there is no way of customizing the behavior.

If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.

    Hope my answer helps!

Hi @Mihai Negoita - Okta (Okta, Inc.) , it's a custom app. We are able to achieve it using Kotlin SDK but for iOS SDK it's stating to enable the Grant Type: Resource Owner Password.

    • Hi @VenkatE.62007 (Customer) , my advice would be to reach out to the dedicated Developer Forum devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.

While we'll do our best to answer all of your questions here, this medium is more inclined towards Okta core products and features (non-developer work).

    Hi,

The iOS SDK that I was using is for OIE, but now I have configured the sample application that was shared by Okta team for the Classic Engine and is working as expected.
