We have just implemented OKTA as a pilot program for around 150 employees of our 2000-employee company. I am consistently having to Rest the OKTA browser plugin so that it will populate usernames and passwords. The dashboard works fine but as soon as an end user selects an app, it launches the site but doesn't do anything after that. Reset the plugin and it works for about a day then I have to do it again. Any thoughts?

I personally don't have any issues with the plugin, seems to be working fine in my environment, but I've seen a few reports about issues in VDIs. If you can reproduce this issue across multiple machines in your environment and if you are using VDI, I would recommend opening a case to have the matter investigated by one of our Support Engineers.
In the meantime, also review the permissions required for the Okta Browser plugin on Chrome to see if that might be causing your issues.
