Token Expired, can not activate my account, and it does not accept my windows login password

I have a problem activating my Okta account and it does not accept my windows password.

    While Okta provides the Product (IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.  

    Please reach out to your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.
