I am using the existing Office 365 App integration. I am receiving the following error when attempting to sign in to the application.
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS51004: The user account XXXXX does not exist in the XXXXX directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory.
I am not sure if I am missing some mapping in my user profiles. I have taken the Object ID from active directory and input it into the User Immutable ID in Okta. Any help with this integration would be appreciated. Thank you.
