    Hi! Would you be able to share the profile status of the user affected? Additionally, is there anything in the system logs that might indicate what is locking them out? Thanks!

      the summary is a w2- employee remote, not in A/D, however user is on our intune licensing. when we provide a temp password for reset the account does not recognize password update and returns to unlock account screen, when users enter information it cycles back and repeats. on adm I am not showing lock status only invalid credentials even when our team enters the password provided through OKTA admin. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
