BarnP.97900 (Customer) asked a question.
Our domain is lifeshare.org.
We have created an "ssl-test" domain in branding.
The auto generated DNS records to apply have the record CNAME: mail.lifeshare.org
This record cannot be created as is already in use.
Is there a way to change this auto created value?

I had already looked at this and the issue is with the “provided values”.
I have created a case with Okta to see if the auto-generated CNAME is changeable.
Thank you, @BarnP.97900 (Customer)
Once you get a solution from Support, please also post it here for our Community to see if they encounter this issue, too.
Okta Support has responded.
Customization of the DNS entries in branding (specifically CNAME for email) cannot be changed.
We will use the Okta default domains for our instances and have removed the custom domains in Branding.
