I am installing an active directory agent to integrate with a development tenant, in the process where the url of the organization must be entered, I enter the url that I personalize for my domain but it generates an error. I try to do the synchronization with the default url provided by okta and when it tries to load the authentication source it generates a 404 error. What could be happening?

I would recommend that you try with the default URL of your Okta environment, that should work 100%. Please also make sure that the AD you are using and the admin account are meeting the prerequisite necessary for the installation, they can be found below:
