SVN→GitLabへの遷移に伴い、OKTAのアカウントを作成しました。その際に、OKTAを経由してGitLabへはアクセスできていました。Go-Liveしたプロジェクトのサポートとして、普段はソースをメンテしませんでした。長時間OKTAへアクセスしていなかったため、OKTAアカウントが無効になりました。このごろOKTAを再開しましたが、前に追加したGitLabとのアプリがなくなりました。再度リクエストをしようとしたところ、いくつか意味のよく分からない項目を入力する必要になります。何度も試みても承認をもらえませんでした。誰かは助けてくれますか。

Usually the applications that are created within an Okta organisations are not removed/set to inactive if they are not used. However if you had a trial version of Okta then that organisation was disabled after the trial period. I would recommend to reach out to your account executive at Okta and check with him if the original org was indeed deactivated.
