Hi, So I was attempting to change the phone I have my verify app but in order to remove or add any devices I have to use the verify app or "I could enter a password" which needs additional verification in the form of a push notification or code on the verify app. Is there anyway I can change the phone without using the phone.
You can get an administrator to reset your MFA factor, and you will be asked to enroll again on next authentication.
