Is there any possibility to provide the checkbox on the sign in widget to opt in for MFA. So display MFA setup screen only to those who put the check mark.
Also how can we provide the option on sign in widget itself to user who already setup the MFA and now want to change the method?

At this time MFA enrolment are controlled from MFA enrolment policy and from what I have researched there is no option for opt in for MFA.
However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
