    Next, are there any application or network related issues that are preventing this from working? It appears you are hitting it network wise, but perhaps there is not software installed on the local machine that will allow you to view the content. Any additional context would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello, Please perform software requirements validation and the server meets them. Additionally, the agent to integrate active directory is installed on this same server and it could be registered without problem. I did the validation installing the java virtual machine but this has not worked. I also uninstalled the AD agent to leave only one client but the problem persists.

    I had this happen to me as well when setting up a new lab environment. It was an IE setting causing this 😞
