Recently the Okta Browser plugin keyboard shortcut on mac (command + shift + O) stopped working. Either using the shortcut or tapping the icon in the top right extension bar, the reaction is that it starts to open, then the plugin icon disappears. After a few seconds it returns. I have a screen recording here:

Hello @81jp9 (81jp9) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
I have tested this on my end and the Plugin works just fine, this issue seems to be environmental. Have you tried to remove it and re-install it and see if that fixes the issue?
If you can do that we recommend to reach out to your IT department for additional assistance.

Hi @Paul S. (Okta, Inc.) , wanted to update you that the problem was happening because I was using ChromeBeta. On regular Chrome the problem does not happen.
I have the same issue. The shortcut didn't work. I already tried to reset all settings and it didn't help.
I have the latest version of Chrome (113.0.5672.126 (Official Build) (x86_64))
Same issue here. Updated to latest version of Chrome on Mac M1 (114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (arm64)).
I'm also not able to use the keyboard shortcut anymore for the Chrome Extension
Chrome Version 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (arm64)
M1 MacBook Pro
Same issue for me since last 7-8 days
Chrome Version : 114.0.5735.198 (Official Build) (arm64)
I was able to get my keyboard shortcut to start working again; I just had to remap it to something else. I chose cmd + shift + i and everything was happy again.
To remap your keyboard shortcut you go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and choose whatever you'd like. Hope that helps someone else. I'm guessing it's a conflict with something, but either way it's happy again.
This worked for me ^
Thanks Alex.
