we have two apps integrated with okta saml ,but when we try to communicate between apps via api call its requesting authorization of that api call in the background how to overcome this.

I'm not sure I understand the use case here, Okta is an IDP (identity provider), granting secure access to apps that you have integrated with it.
Interactions between the apps is not in Okta's scope. The typical flow is Okta to App, not App to App. Perhaps you can elaborate?
