Is there a way to remove or edit the SAML login splash screen.

Hi! Are referring to the Okta Dashboard (What users see upon login) or what users see when being re-directed to an integrated app? You can always hide the app from your assigned users, and using the link below, you can definitively customize the login experience as well.
Customizations
As for the image you see when being re-directed to another app, I believe you would find that here: Customizations > Other and "Loading Page Animation"
Hope this helps! Thanks!
I'm seeing what might be a similar problem: it happens when being re-directed to an integrated app. In addition to the usual TouchID popup that prompts me for my fingerprint, there's another window that has the appearance of a "splash screen" that says "Okta Verify" and shows a list of "Accounts". The first window for TouchID closes automatically after I present my fingerprint; it's then mildly inconvenient to have to manually close that second window. This didn't used to happen; I feel like the behavior started appearing rather recently.
Ah, understood. Have you implemented the above as a test to see if that helps to rectify your issue? I am unaware of any recent UI or configuration changes that may have been implemented that would affect this behavior. @Mihai N. (Okta, Inc.) any input? Thank you!
Hi @DonF.81354 (Customer) ,
Hmm.. if we're talking about an SP initiated flow I would expect the user to be redirected to Okta for authentication and perhaps be prompted for MFA in accordance to the sign-on policies, but after that they should be redirected back to the app. I'm not sure I understand where the "second window" is coming from.
@smpnr (smpnr) Please open a case to have one of our Support Engineers review the matter, especially if this seems to be a new behavior.
If possible, please drop the solution here as well once you get to the bottom of things, to help anyone else in the Community who might be facing the same.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Hi Mihai,
Apparently, I do not have access to create a case. I'm not an Okta administrator at my company, just an end user. However, I managed to report the issue via the Okta app.
@Mihai N. (Okta, Inc.) that was my thought process exactly. The "second window" is expected assuming that is where you are directed for MFA. @smpnr (smpnr) understood, have you contacted your internal Okta/IT team with this matter for their investigation? They may be able to further assist in troubleshooting/resolving this matter.
