I've been experimented with Okta developer tenant.
I have setup a Default Application redirect to an application that my Okta admin account was not assigned to. Now I cannot login into Okta Admin console with my admin account. I got this error ( "User is not assigned to this application.") when trying to login.
Is there a way login to Okta Admin console without get redirect to the application?

Yes. Append /login/default to the end of your base tenant, or specifically navigate to the admin console URL. That default applicaiton ONLY kicks in when Okta has no other context to use. So give it some context and it will not pay attention to that setting.
