I would like to be able to trigger a translated version of the Password Reset Email template, when user clicks on "forgot password" on the sign on page.
Does this email use a registered user's locale to trigger a translated version?
is there a way to trigger the translated version through the locale of the browser or the current language setting defined on the sign-on page instead?

At this time these settings are Organisation wide. Once you setup a default template, that will be sent to the user.
However you can add a Feature Request on our Idea section, for a chance that this functionality to be added in the future.
