    Hi Freddy Ahouassou,

    a) Individual end users can specify their own language for their own experience. The user's preference overrides the org-wide display language setting.

    Follow the below steps to customise that :

    End-User dashboard > Settings > Display language > Select ( As per your choice ) > Save.

    b) End users can create their own Security Question if needed. However Admins will not be able to add a custom security question in the drop down list to be selected by the users .
