Okta Apple watch app is a fantastic and helpful idea.
We just need to keep in mind - its not an entertainment app, its a productivity speedup, no time for games.
When Okta request confirm identity - then between first and second screen there is a blurred cloud animation - can you please remove it..
In situation when one is hardworking and authenticating to system - this gamified blurred cloud is really a bad idea. Because people who usually use the tool - they are not a kids playing games, they are busy hardworking professionals.
Imaging somebody who started (restarted) laptop and logging into the system and has to enter five times Okta password - and every time in this already tooooooo long process this person has to sit and watch the Okta cloud cartoon, five times.
Suggestion: The perfect solution would be - right on a first screen get a button to confirm identity. This is a main function of the app. And good design to let user "no preparation clicking" "no preparation scrolling" "no forcibly watching cartoons" "get straight to the action"
- just right on a first screen show short message and button to click to confirm identity.
If OKTA already have a setting that allow to remove the childish content and keep professional style only - please let me and other busy professionals know.
The idea to create watch app is really great and very helping and time saving!
