W have an User, gopal.ji@argogroupus.com is not getting notifications from Okta, for example when another Users logins in to Okta many times and he is locked. Gopal's entire team is getting the emails except him, we tried to mirror his access according his team members who are receiving those notifications. But Gopal is not receiving.
We added him to help desk administrator and given entire organization access etc. Could support look into this issue and help us. Thank you.

He is an non-admin User and I have admin access
Can you kindly check if Gopal's email id is blocked?
@0edzb (0edzb) I think you should create a case with Okta support from your tenant. Then support can check the log which send from Okta. if the mail send from Okta succesful, it should get 250 response from your company's email server.
