Hello I have a challenge of exporting my account from Huawei mobile phone to Samsung, I have tried several times but I failed. I even used Okta verification but still not transferred yet but I do have Okta developer community in my Samsung. The problem is that I can't do work as it is expected because my Huawei phone used to freeze in the middle of nowhere for many days. Now I don't know what to do.
My second challenge is smart sheet that is supposed to be opened in laptop not in mobile app, as for now I'm just learning to use my laptop as I'm new in it and that will take someday and to someone who doesn't know my challenges will take it as if I don't want to do work. I need help please.

While Okta provides the SSO Product, individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the access issue and provide further assistance.
